Who We Are.
HC PAL was founded in 2008 by some caring grassroot community leaders that wanted to bring activities to youth in the Southern and Western Part of Harnett County. They worked collectively to bring this new charter to HC. The grassroots team consists of community leaders and law enforcement agents. That group of individuals served the agency with all their heart from 2008-2013.
2013-2018 new leadership took over and even though the road has been rocky the group is determined to get the organization back on the right path. We are dedicated to help the youth. Our goal is to find grants to be able to provide more services that our vision consist of.
We are currently providing services at a local church in the Cedar Grove Community and in the Shawtown Community.
